Headed up by Nick Lyons and Claire Harkins, this established working partnership is already proven and known in many of the key Scottish markets. They will be leading the local development of professional relationships and project delivery, with the additional support of the systems, procedures, purchasing power and project support provided by the London head office.

Nick’s furniture career in Scotland spans 30 years, training initially as an interior designer before completing the majority of his career in a more commercial client-facing role.
At Operandum, Nick and Claire will continue their working relationship of the last 8 years, in which time they have worked alongside each other to deliver furniture projects in excess of £2m in individual value, and to help many multinational companies throughout Scotland to create award winning spaces.

Claire joined the commercial furniture industry 8 years ago and has worked with Nick throughout this time. Starting initially as a sales support administrator, Claire’s furniture career has developed into a successful strategic client-facing account manager, with responsibility for overseeing contracts in excess of £2m for multinational companies. Claire prides herself on her attention to detail, a vital quality in the myriad of bespoke specifications and options in contract furniture.
