This means we can assume early responsibility, and ask all the right questions to fully understand the client’s needs, advising from the outset on issues such as budget planning, furniture standards, benchmarking, product selection and design.


We know that our clients value transparency, accountability and independence. Those are not always easy to find in an industry mired by hidden margins, commissions, complex routes to market and in which indemnity, warranties and contractual performance guarantees are rare.

Our role is to buy for you, not sell to you. We guarantee that there are no hidden margins or extra costs, and no dealer commissions. Instead, we offer a clear, fixed, capped fee. We also offer a commitment that the proven savings we make for you will be higher than the fees we charge.
